Get Rid of Stretch Marks

Large parts of the body like buttocks, thighs, breasts and abdomen are likely to get stretch marks. It happens due to sudden weight gain, weight loss, pregnancy, muscle loss...etc. Stretch marks are not nice visually and people are seen trying creams and lotions that are Over-The-Counter to get rid of them

Although the creams work on the stretch marks, it is an expensive and a slow affair. There are easier and more effective ways for fading off the stretch marks.

Vitamin C and E are used to develop skin tissues naturally. A diet rich in proteins helps in toning the skin.

Do not scratch the affected area. Exercise helps in providing oxygen to the skin making it healthy. There are laser treatments available which can help in reducing appearances of stretch marks.
